Do I have to have a subscription?
No, you can purchase kits monthly but a subscription plan will save you money.
When will my credit card be billed?
Subscription plans that are 6 months and 12 months will be billed between the first and the fifth of each month. If you are making your first purchase past the fifth of the month then you will be billed immediately.
What type of payment can I use?
Paper Garden uses Pay Pal and you can use any major credit card or use your Pay Pal account.
When do the subscriptions begin?
Paper Garden will send out your kit immediately if the current months kit is in stock. If that months kit is sold out your subscription will begin the following month and you will be receiving kits for the remainder of your subscription.
When will kits be shipped?
All kits will be sent out no later than the 10th of each month once we receive payment from your account.
Do you ship nationally and internationally?
Kits shipped in the US will be shipped using United States Postal Services' Priority Mail. If you live outside the US please email us with your order and we will contact you within 24 hours with a payment information through Pay Pal.
Can I purchase a kit and give it as a gift?
Kits can be purschased and mailed to anyone. All you need to do is supply us with the mailing information. Please email us with detailed gift information that can be included in the first shipment.
Can I skip a month if I have a subscription plan?
Subscription plans are meant to be continuous plans for 6 or 12 months and not be skipped.
Can I cancel my 6 month or 12 month subscription?
Please email us of you request. There will be a fee of $30 and the price difference between the one month cost and the cost of your subscription plan. This fee will be billed to your account.
